Zoppi & Co is pleased to announce its role in advising on the successful sale of a distribution business owned by an entrepreneur looking to retire. The transaction was structured as a share sale, with a portion of the proceeds delivered on a cash-free, debt-free basis, and another portion contingent upon an earn-out arrangement.
Part of the deal included renting the pension-owned premises to the LTD being sold, complementing the seller's retirement plan.
